Why Back Pain Is So Common

It has been found one of the reasons why people visit the doctors more frequently is due to a back pain related problem. But good number of people with back pain problems also has gotten used to the back ache and will go along with their activities as if nothing has happened, enduring the pain till it subside. So why is back pain so common?

The number one reason is for majority of back pains is the muscular ripple brought by carry around heavy objects. Most people will carry a lot of loads on their backs on a daily basis due to the nature of their work.  To us as human, this could be very normal; while on the other hand, it is causing some damage on the lower back. The method used in lifting the objects, where you concentrate too much wait on one side of the body, is also a cause of the back pain. The pain, which is be mild, may at first take for a few days then disappear, but this pain will come back sometimes later.  The back ache which usually takes sometimes without healing may have been caused by the injury of spinal codes. It is therefore very necessary that you seek medical attention for back pains that have taken a couple of months. As a matter of fact, spinal code injury may take years before it is finally treated.

Another r reason for the continuous back ache has been found to be the low supply of blood on the disks on an individual back. For some people, blood will not get to the disks making it difficult for the healing of the disk once it has gone through some injury, this may give you some chronic back pains that are off and on.

But you may want to know why back pain is so ignored by people, the reason is that having a back ache may not necessarily a sign of serious medical condition; it may have been caused by lack of exercise especially for people whose job requires them to sit daily. Simple exercise like walking will be very helpful in relieving some of the mild pains got due to bad sitting posture. Many people have experienced these back pains due to sitting in a bad chair, the chair should support some bodies back properly otherwise, a strain will develop which may grow into a major pain. But if the pain at your back is accompanied by bladder indiscipline and continuous weak legs, you should seek medical attention for it may is life threatening. Another sign of fundamental medical condition is having a severe back pain that may be accompanied by other illness. This will tend to give you some kind of fever that should not just be taken lightly.

Many people have also suffered back pains as a result of having undergone a motor vehicle accident, or falling down from high point.  These kinds of pain may come intermittently long after the person has been treated for the fractured backbone. This is why back pain should be treated and not just ignored; it may be a sign of a major complication.
