Five avoidable reasons why people come up with Lower back pain ache

Keeping healthy and staying healthy is very important to having a fun filled day. This can be impaired if the individual is having a lower back pain ache. There are obvious reasons why these pains are persistent and they could invariable be avoided.

1.    The postural habit: this has to do with the way in which the individual does his activity, especially the positions taken during sitting. It is best to ensure that the chair is properly constructed to have the back rest at a straight position. This helps the back to relax on the back hood and flattened out to the chair. This gives the back a firm grip to the seat. Observing this position will effectively reduce any form of back ache.

The hours spent in standing also has an effect on the lower back. A close look at the skeletal frame work, it is seen to be in the ’s’ position. This shape shows that pressure is usually on the lower back region when standing. A temporary support could be given the standing position just ensure the arms are used to give support to the waist line.

Sporting activities is not a guarantee for aches prevention. When so much strain is placed on the back it could result to muscle breakdown on the back. Walking for long as well as running for long could result to such aches. The arms and legs are both connected to the spinal cord which holds the coordination for this body parts. The stretching of these parts could cause the back region to cramp inwards, resulting in pains. The back should be flattened out at least two hours on a daily basis to reduce the possibility of back aches.

3.   The materials used in chair production: another important factor that is often neglected as a result of ignorance is the idea that the chair used in the home or office is just ideal. Yet there is more to chair than just the foam used on it or the wood. The foam must be such that it is hard when sat upon, and not soft. The harder the foam material, the more comfortable the chair or bed will be. There is this fun in sitting on a foam with a good cushion effect, but the long run negative effects outweighs the short lived pleasure. In cases where such foam materials are used for bed production, it is common to come up with lower back pain aches. The body will not have an even distribution on the bed, as the structure on the bed will be undulating. Rather than having a streamlined sleeping position, the lower back region will sink in, causing a depression on the spot of lay. This causes the back bone to snap gradually, resulting in a very serious and excruciating pain over time.

4.    Eating habits: the position assumed during meal times is also important to take note of as this matter a lot. When eating it is best to bring the food closer to the mouth before bending downwards a little to get the spoon into the mouth! There are some peculiar eating habits that are extremely detrimental to the back, especially with kids. They often mess up the dinning when eating and bend towards the plate. This continuous habit will over time cause the back to stiffen in.
