Massaging the back is also another simple but equally effective way of resolving the back pains. For maximum effect to be felt, one may want to enlist the services of a trained expert, who understand pressure points, to help with the massaging.

If the back pins are mild and comes may be daily at certain times, you may need to learn good sitting position.  If you sit in the office all day long, you will have to invest in a good chair that will support your back correctly.
